That’s the vision or at least what their website emphasizes. Whether they will honor this promise or break it is worth delving into.

It is widely believed that Modafinia is related to HighStreetPharma (HSP), an online pharmacy that also sells a wide variety of medications and was founded earlier than Modafinia. Substantial and ample evidence suggests that the two operate under similar infrastructure, personnel, and marketing tactics, if not under the same group or company.

What is true is that HSP has long received customer complaints for ignoring support emails, fabricating positive reviews on low-credibility sites, losing orders, and lacking transparency. What is even frustratingly true is that Modafinia sells identical modafinil brands, dosages, and packaging, often with the same product descriptions and pricing with HSP. Both brands have non-responsive support emails, broken contact forms, and delayed or missing responses to inquiries. Their websites, social media posts, and promotional materials share identical graphics, layouts, captions, and overall branding approach, linking to spam activities, such as repetitive promotional posts, astroturfed reviews, and coordinated spam across forums and social media channels.

To establish their connection is not to outright illegitimate Modafinia. It is about determining whether Modafinia stands alone or is part of a larger, already-compromised system. Is Modafinia legit? They may argue that it is, but unless this connection is refuted, or at least clarified, and as long as we continue to see the same pattern of unreliability that HSP exhibited, Modafinia inevitably inherits the same risk.

I would advise caution, but that would be too polite for all the frustrating facts we know, because even if we assume the two mentioned vendors are independent, the Modafinia facts are self-defeating in themselves:

• Non-functional customer support: Emails go unanswered, and contact forms fail.
• Orders lost or delayed: Packages are difficult to trace, and some never arrive.
• Negative reviews on independent platforms: Verified sites and forums report consistent complaints.

Testing their support system via MX records, SPF records, and an SMTP connection confirms that their support email (support@modafinia.com) is effectively non-functional. From a customer’s perspective, you can send an email to Modafinia, but their system is not actually set up to receive or process incoming emails. The MX record points to a placeholder with no real mail server, the SPF record only verifies an authorized sending IP, and the SMTP test shows the server accepts a connection but never responds.

Others note that Modafinia “used to work before” but has since devolved to fraud. Multiple other subreddits have outright described Modafinia as a scam – accepting payments, no order tracking or contact, and non–shipment of order. Under r/TalkNootropics, it stressed that Modafinia’s contact support is dead, but is “taking payments, but not shipping orders out,” and asserting an exit scam exhibit.

TalkNootropics pointed out that both vendors appeared around the same time and now show the same pattern of problems: inflated good reviews, missing orders, and customer service that simply disappears. And if these comparisons hold, Modafinia leaning toward an exit scam becomes much harder to dismiss.

With all these issues, such as no refunds, unresponsive support, and increasingly alarming reports from Modafinia Reddit, their website remains fully live and continues accepting payments. Whether this stems from an absolute fraud or a prolonged, unexplained technical collapse, the risk is extreme. So, unless you are willing to gamble and lose money, the situation is bleak.
